Eelysium

Yeah. My friends moved from Israel. Neta and Shai. One of my old room mates made fun of Shai's name (pronounced shy) then asked her out. Glade to say she was not impressed.
Israeli girls are difficult to say the least

I assumed you both were Israeli. I have quite a few Israeli friends!
My parents were born in Russia, but they are Jewish, hence the Jewish name.

I’m an atheist, so I think my name is ironic.

Neta has been one of my best friends for several years. We were very close. But yes she is super proud and not afraid to share her opinion. Which I love to watch. She can make the scariest looking guy cry if they ever dare to make a sexist comment. :face-with-tears-of-joy:

That’s really cool to hear. You ever been to Israel?

I dopn't think I've met a Jewish person who isn't also and atheist or at least agnostic. But then I'm in a very niche circle.

Eh Im relatively religious in my own way, more spiritual. Too many psychedelics make it hard not to believe in God.

Nah she was supposed to take me but were fighting right now.... Ah well we always make up but probably best we don't travel to the other side of the world together. She's too fiery.

Sounds like a typical Israeli girl. dang I’m really starting to love this forum.

Lmfaoooo how do you know that?
I'm the right kind of Catholic to know at least the beginning. Can't get much further than there though, at least in Hebrew...
Too many bar and bah mitzvahs in my case. (sorry about the spelling)
None of those for me.

That’s comforting to hear. I’m in an orthodox echo-chamber, so sometimes it feels like I’m in the problem. Well, I probably am.

It‘s me. Hi. I’m the problem, it’s me.

And in all fairness I’m too stubborn.

Israelis are a special breed but you’re definitely right!
I’ll have to accept your word for it. I’ve only known one Israeli woman and she was better than the JAPS I have known.

Speaking of Israel, are you familiar with a series called Shtisel? It was in a number of years ago and my lady and I really lived it. I recommend it off you can find it.
