My tank is currently going through the fluconazole treatment and I have sent in the Triton ICP test during the treatment. What can I expect from the result? In a hindsight, I should have sent in the test before or after the treatment.

Unknown but unlikely effect, i.e., don’t worry about it.

Fluconazole itself won't show on an ICP test, except for fluorine which it contains. So the only impact related to how it changes various in tank biological processes, which, as noted above, is unknown.

I've sent them in during Flux treatments before. Absolutely nothing remarkable or unexpected (little higher than usual for phosphate and nitrate).
Thanks for sharing your experience. That makes me feel better.
