Anyone have a guide? The wiring appears to be loose at the connection to the motor housing, probably a stress break. Simple enough repair but the housing appears to be a sealed unit?

toss it, even if you fix it, how can you safely test your waterproofing? I have that pump, 2 in 5 have died within a yr. I’m gonna replace them as they die with another brand

They're sending me a free replacement but I'd like to see exactly what the issue is with this one.
