Egg Crate Frag Rack PVC Holders?

Does anyone have a better egg crate frag rack holder that doesn't require a zip tie or fits too loosely on PVC? I wanted to fill the PVC with substrate but be able to remove the frag rack holder on the PVC to reuse. The one on thingaverse doest fit any PVC I have and requires glue.
