Egg sack or something else?

Saw this today in my tank. It's about the size of my pinky finger nail and there's a cone shape on the end of its bulbous body. Only marron clown lair, one six line wrasse, and an emerald crab in my tank

Pineapple sponge, pretty normal as the tank develops they don't really get to plage proportions ime so nothing you need to do removal wise.

Looks like a pineapple sponge. Harmless filter feeder, though ugly imo.
