any better ? One fighting conch. 2 Red banded ? A few astrea and I forget the name of the small black and white shelled ones...

I would lean toward sponge. I get a lot of weird looking sponges in my tank. They're filter feeders and they come and go - nothing to worry about unless they start to grow OVER a coral.
