Eggs (maybe) on glass - harmful?

I have small patches of what look like eggs on my class. Are they actually eggs, and if so does anyone know if they're from something harmful that may be hiding in my tank? I'm going to clean my glass really good next week (waiting on a new scraper) and wanted to ask about an ID before they get scraped off. You can see a ton of small algae spores around them, but none of those spots are clustered like what is circled, and it looks to me like an egg due to the apparent casing w/ solid center.

I tried to get a closer picture, but going any closer with the camera made them way too blurry.
