Eggs or something else?

I woke up this morning and noticed this on the glass of my tank. I've looked up cerith snail eggs and kinda looks familiar but I only have 1 cerith snail. Is this possibly something else? I have 2 clowns hermit, blood red shrimp, 4 dwarf blue leg hermit crabs, 2 halloween hermits, 1 cerith snail and 4 astrea snails. Any ideas or input would be great thanks in advance.

From what snail though. Can a single cerith snail do that? Or are they astre snail eggs?

Single snail could if you recently purchased them.

I got them a couple months ago. This is why I'm so confused.

Looks to me like a sand tube made by a worm. There's probably others in the sand and other locations.

Is that bad?

Well, it's inevitable. Every aquarium I've maintained has them to some extent. Most worms are going to be scavengers and beneficial for the ecosystem.
