I would remove the rock and try to pull them off, popping them in the tank would release spores and before you know it..it's everywhere ( kinda like the movie "gremlins" ) or you can get some emerald crabs, they're known to eat bubble algae

Dont mean to hi-Jack thread but this explains y my emerald crab hasnt touched mine. So looks like i will be getting a male soonIf you decide on an emerald crab, there are generally two types - one with big claws and one with little claws, go for the little claws, they are known to eat bubble algae more readily, and get the smallest crab you can.

Well I took the rocks out and scrubbed it all so hopefully that'll work for awhile. Added bonus: out of a hole in the rock came a massive bristle worm I'd been hunting for awhile! Thanks for all the assistance!!
