Eggs????

Hi all. I just noticed this on my tank glass. They are not soft and seem to be stationary. Are they eggs of some sort. They leave a ring when scrapped off.
Any help would be great.

So I guess they are good? The tank is only 28gal. Can there be too many? Or is it something that will just balance themselves out.

Generally dont hatch and most find them unsightly...

did you just recently get some nerites? They seem to go in spurts for me. Sometimes there's a lot then there's none for a while. Most of the time mine are on the rocks and not on the glass. A razor blade should get them off the glass pretty easy.

I was sent a clean up crew on a recent order by mistake so I did add a lot of snails and some were nerite. I will prob just scape them all off. The tank is in need of a good glass scraping the coralline is growing very well.
