Eggs?

Any guess as to what this is? It kind of looks like a patch of sand stuck to my rocks. I'm guessing snail eggs. We have a single turbo, some astria and star. Pair of clowns, fire shrimp, hermit crabs, and the rest are corals, anenome and single fish.

Well unfortunately my diamond goby completely covered that rock with sand so I'm not sure I'll ever know unless something grows out of it
