Eheim 1262 hookup.

I am confused about hooking up my Eheim 1262, the outlet seems to be Metric, which is about 5/8 and the clear reinforced semi non kink hose that was sold to me is 3/4. Too big. Is there a way I can do this without going crazy, Im not a plumber.

Buy a smaller diameter hose? I am not familiar with your product so not sure if that is a solution or not. I would consider that before changing plumbing though

You can buy 5/8" hose from the Lowes/Home Depot.....ect.
