Eheim 200watt heater not heating 54g?

Hey all,
Noticed my 54g is running around 68* and heater I'd set to 75*. The light has been on for 12 hours or so with no temp change. House temp I noticed 64*...doesnt even feel like that.
Lucky I added a extra heater. Can one heater only heat a few degrees beyond room temp?

I would just buy another heater. It's cheap insurance for a heater that is bad and could get worse.

Did you touch the heater to see if it's warm?
