Eheim 300 watt heater?

Hi I have a 300 watt heater by Eheim and the way the power cord is positioned makes it impossible to position it so you can see the indicator light on? There is no give in it and the indicator light faces the back panel of aquarium? Anyone else have this problem and have any suggestions? Don’t have this problem with other heaters I have. Thanks in advance.

Hmmn, cord is flexible, just bend it the other way - I’ve done this with countless EBJ heaters.

Eheim 300 watt cords are thick and not flexible. Tried numerous times. Maybe a defect? Thanks
