Eheim Heater size?

Does anyone with a 100w or 150w know the approx length of it? Seeing if they would fit in the IM 30L. I have a 50w and need to upgrade in the coming future

hahaha, i do not have a controller. I have a 50w eheim, 50w tetra heater (lol), and a 75w titanium. the tetra and titanium sketch me out so I basically use those to heat up water for WC. looking to get a bigger heater and running the 50w as a backup

Well they do sell somewhat cheap controllers that are still good back up! Have you considered the cobalt neo therm? I’ve been happy with mine. Keeps the temp within .2 of a degree!!

According to Eheim's site the 100 is 12.6" long and the 150 is 13.6" long

Eheim are great heaters but on the larger side for sure. I've use a lot of different heaters but I've found the neos to be the most accurate and consistent straight out of the box. I run two 150s on my 75. Regardless of what heater you use a controller is always smart
