Eheim1048 pump impeller

Hey Guys,
So my eheim 1048 went out for my denitrator this morning. Took it apart and the impeller magnet was cracked in half and the ceramic shaft is busted into 4 pieces. MY question is this...do you think I should just buy a new impeller for $20, or a brand new pump for $80? Not sure if the impeller will fix the problem, but I think it will. Anyone else have this issue?

The impeller should fix the issue. I have had a few different impellers crack from cheap pumps to expensive ones. I have only had the main motor fail me once.
