Ehiem warranty...experiences?

Hey all so I have a Ehiem compact 3000 got from BRS last jan, it slowed to 50% of its out put.
I took it off line a few times gave it a good cleaning and soak still nothing.

I reached out to BRS and they referred me to Ehiem just sent them a email but was wondering what to expect.

anyone with warranty experiences?

Do those have a ≤1 year warranty?

How did you notice that it slowed BTW?

I thought they did. A pump should last more than 1.5 years

I noticed a few months ago when doing water chances I took from the DT and then filled from the sump.
