This has probably been asked before, sorry if so but What does everyone use for plugging in all of their equipment that don't have controller systems?

I use a smart strip. Control it with Alexa or my phone via app. I can set timers and everything

GFCI for anything water related is a start.

I don't have any apple stuff so that wont work, right now i have 2x 8 outlet power strip surge protectors but I'd like to change to one outlet for everything. The problem is I have about 13 things that plug in between the 2, 1 on the outside of the stand & 1 on the inside.

This is something I need to get installed instead of the house plug I'm using. Hasn't been an issue so far but I know I need to get it done. The only way water would get to the house plug is if the tank broke. I've got the bottom of the stand setup so it will catch any leak in the sump without much water draining from the tank.

Do you know your total wattage running?

I recommend doing a search about using a grounding probe and GFCI outlets. We use these to protect ourselves from electrocution should there be a failure of one of our electrical devices in the tank.
