Hello everyone who reads this

I ran all the cabling through a wall to hide as much cabling as possible. One thing I forgot to incorporate into the plan was how I can clean my filters without running the cabling again. So I would like to add disconnects to the below cables so I can easily disconnect for maintenance. Can I please get answers to the following:
Hob Octo 1000 skimmer - is the power cord a simple 2 wire power supply?
Seachem tidal filter - is the power cord a simple 2 wire power supply?
AI Prime HD - the wire from the light to the power supply, does anyone know the wiring diagram for this?

Thanks in advance

Idk the answers to your specific questions but perhaps this will help. I suspect if you're comfortable with this though, it'll be common sense.

For power supplies, the number of prongs is very likely the number of wires.

Just cut the cord and you'll see how many wires there are. Just keep up with the wire ends when cutting making sure not to cross any. Overall it should be easy enough. If you're looking for wire count to buy the right connector, you can just use spade connections or something. Otherwise eBay probably sells some generic connectors. Just tape them or something for water protection.

Good luck!
