One circuit is not ideal but will be perfectly fine for a 92 gallon a couple lamps and a TV.

If/when you get the fireplace either get a gas one or give it a dedicated circuit when you install it. If it will be permanently attached to your house, NEC requires that it have its own dedicated circuit.

now throw a GFCI outlet on the 15 amp so you can use both...
