Electricity outage

Our electricity has been out since 8:30 this morning. It is a scheduled outage until 5pm so they can replace poles in our neighborhood. I have a biocube 32. Should i leave lid open or closed? I was thinking closed to keep temp up. But now I’m thinking open for a little air. What do you think?

You should have a small battery powered air stone. Then you can leave the lid closed to retain heat. Also can wrap it with a towel soaked in hot water if temps dip too much.

Biocube life support is easy.

If you cant go get a battery air stone, youll need to keep the water airated to negate any deaths.

Whats in the tank?

It’s 70 degrees here today so not too worried about temp. Have 2 clowns a dottyback a ywg and some corals. Don’t have a battery backup. Electricity is supposed to come back around 3 so i think I’ll just leave lid up.
