It wasn't opening well in DT for quite some time I don't know why - maybe lighting is not enough. But it got detached only after me adding a Singapore angel. And I saw him nipping at this elegance so guess that was it.LPS Bailout is hit and miss, sometimes the corals recovers, often they don't. From the pics it looks okay in the sump, if it were me I'd leave it there (assuming the lighting is sufficient). I'd also try to find the cause of the bailout, I had a simular experience with an Elegance, Emerald crab irriated the polyp to the pint of bailout. It didn't recover. Best of luck, I love elegance, favorite LPS by far.
Never known an elegance to want more light. Mine closes up at any direct light. It wasn't opening well in DT for quite some time I don't know why - maybe lighting is not enough. But it got detached only after me adding a Singapore angel. And I saw him nipping at this elegance so guess that was it.
Good thing now is in the sump, it opens more than it used to in the DT. Hopefully it starts growing skeleton there.
