Elegance Coral looking all weak

Hi all,

I am having this issue with my Elegance Coral, where its all shrinked and sad.
Its been like this for more than 1 month.
It used to full bubble up before this.

*Dont mind corals around it, I have just put them in like 2 days ago, as I will be shifting all of them to new tank soon.

Any tips?

All parameters are stable:
Alk 8
Cal 430
Mag 1390
PH 8.1
Phos 0.05
Nitrate 10-12
Temp 25c
Par 100

Have you tried Cipro? I have a few week corals that get shrunken up when being irritated by bad bacteria. They bounce back after cipro treatment.
