Elegance Coral Question

So I just noticed this spot on my elegance coral... at first I thought there was something wrong with it, but after closer inspection, I think it may be a new mouth. Can anyone tell from the picture?

If you're talking about the blue spot in the middle it looks like a mouth to me

Do they typically split like that? Just pop open another mouth?
