Elegance Coral's polyp make a knot

Hi guys,
Im new in salt water. In few days ago, my elegance coral's polyp make a knots and cut out after that. So there was something wrongs with them?

Mine does that occasionally when capturing food and then straightens out
Assure you’re not giving it too much flow
Moderate light and water flow is all they require plus occasional feeding of chopped krill or mysis shrimp
 
I don’t think that’s a knot. Sometimes tentacles will sort of pinch in or even twist, but it’s nearly impossible for a tentacle to end up in a tight knot without something pulling on the other of the tentacle (and that level of tension would just break the tentacle off).

Tks for your replies. I think I have figured out the problem with my elegance.
Today, after dip the elegance with DipX, some worms were founded.
