Elegance not doing well

I picked this elegance up almost 3 weeks ago and it was doing great.

Last week my home AC was out for a day and my tank got pretty hot ever since then it has looked like this...

I've tried moving it around a little to see if anything would help but no luck yet. Any suggestions?

How hot was "pretty hot"? Other than the Elegance, how was the rest of the tank?
Did the Elegance turn from the first picture to the second one overnight or did it change over a week or so?

I think it maxed out around 87 before I got home and could cool it off. Friday will be 3 weeks since I got it and it was doing great until the AC went out. A lot of corals weren't happy with the heat but when everything cooled down they went back to normal. This guy went in and never came back out, now it looks like the flesh is receding from the skeleton edge. I haven't added anything to the tank until last night when I added an utter chaos and hammer frag.

Some corals just don't do well with heat spike. Xenia is one, it just melt. I guess Elegance is another. I do love Elegance corals.

I was really hoping I could save it. That picture doesn't do it justice it was a super bright yellow color before it shrunk up.

How long have you had it? Picture? How long was it looking good, prior to not looking good last week? Added anything to your tank?

Had it for 4 months maybe. has looked great until a week or so ago. Looked great after tank transfer too. I will get picks of it tomorrow. Added a “lot” to tank, so tough to list it all
