Elegance problems

Hi.
I have two elegance corals bought from different places. One is doing fine but one is not opening and has some white mucus on his flesh, and it looks puffy.
My parameters are:
PH 8
Alk 10
NO3 15
PO4 0
CA 450
Salinity 1025
Temp 78
Tank is 6 weeks old and all other corals are doing well.
In the picture, on the left, is the elegance coral with problems. On the right is the elegance coral that is doing well.

I tried some iodine dip today, but I really need some advice.

Light looks a little bright
Moderate light and medium water flow and feed 2x per week- mysis shrimp, small plankton and chopped up krill

The light seems bright in the photo but my ai prime is in acclimatization mode. I tried to feed but only the elegance on the right takes food.

Are they Aussie or Indo elegances? Could be ECS.
