Elegant coral tenticals not extending

I have had this elegance coral for 3 weeks and it gets big in the day time and gets tiny in The night. But the tenticals never extend more than a 1/4 inch. I have no idea why? Can you guys help me.

Yes I am every other day, mysis shrimp and reef roids
