Elements ABC and Kalium

Just converted to a calcium reactor and trying to figure out other element dosing. Going with ABC and Kalium. Hard to find good dosing advice on the boards that meet my tank. So prior to reactor I was dosing 300 ml/day for 123. Directions on ABC says to start at 10 mls/50 gal. I know that’s going to be way light compared to what I was getting with component strong. What should I start with??

The dose of Component ABC can also be adjusted to the calcium consumption – 1 ml for every 20 ppm/100 l - 27 US gal of water.

So if I was mixing my own 123 solution using the online recipe and dosing 300 ml/day, is there a way to figure my daily consumption off of that??
