Elephant ear, Scutus?

Thought I saw something funny the other day and just wrote it off as a Stomatella. But then I saw it again today... is it’s scutus, Or something else? I don’t see a shell on its back at all. Two antennae and a mouth like a trochus snail. Weirdest thing I’ve seen.

In the second pic it looks like it has a white stripe. If so it is a scutus. They have a shell, it's just covered by their large black mantle.
