Eliminate algea on coral?

Is there a dip or something I can use to kill the algea and not harm the coral? I have been manually removing.

I am bumping this cause I am fighting the same battle. I also need the same help. I would rather do it with a natural cleanup crew member though

1) algae does not grow on healthy coral.
2) use hydrogen peroxide on a tooth brush to gently clean it.
3)is something going on in your tank?
