Elite aquatics

Does anyone own one of his sumps? If so pros and cons looking at purchasing one

I just got mine all set up... I love it! You won't be disappointed in an @Elite-Aquatics sump. And if there's something you don't like about the default layout, then you can request they change it. There may or may not be a charge associated with it. For example, mine went in the stand of a Red Sea Reefer 450 and the Elite Aquatics sumps had the drains at the wrong ends. So they flipped the entire layout of the sump, end-to-end, for no additional charge. I also wanted orange acrylic instead of the default red... this there was a charge for since they don't typically stock orange acrylic.

Was it packaged good?? I have had horrible luck with acrylic being shipped to my house

Sure was! I leaked tested it real quick just to make sure it was good to go.

Bought their sump and ATO container before the changed the style and both arrived well packaged with approximately 1-1/2" Styrofoam sheets surrounding them all sides for protection. I'm happy

I'm on a fence with there's or synergy sumps

If I am not mistaken Elite has free shipping and Synergy charges for shipping. That was the deal when I purchased my EA sump. I also added heater holders and a few other small things for a extra minor charge. However you decide to go will be a quality product!

This is a really clean setup and the same color scheme I want to do! Looks great man. Love the hanging reactors.
