Elos test kit

I’m not sure if this is the right thread to post about this here sorry if it is. But I got some elos ammonia kits and it came out white. There is no reading for white on the thing so I’m not sure if it’s too high too low or I did it wrong.

I"m not familiar with that specific test kit...are you sure you didn't leave out a step? I would re-do the test again to see if you get a different answer. Make sure you clean the vial out completely prior to re-testing. Follow the directions exactly and see what you get the second time. By the card colors, you should at least be getting a yellow coloration if there isn't any ammonia in the system!

I re did it again with my api test and it also left a yellowish white I’m not sure why I get the white on both tests.

hello . where did you get your ELOS test kit from.
reagents are very sensitive to T° fluctuations need to check if that come from that . but if your APi do the same maye be another issue with the water
how old is your tank ?
