I just added the ATK, set it up per the instructions. Tested it as far as raising and lowering the unit in the water to make sure it was operating as advertised.

I am now getting alarms that say " If ATO_H CLOSED Then ON."

Here is the config.

Set OFF
If Error ATO Then ON
If ATO_H CLOSED Then ON
Min Time 000:30 Then ON

My question is, how do I stop the alarms from coming in, with out shutting the alarm off completely. I want to know when something is wrong for real!

thanks

Mike

I know that the "ATO_H" is the high limit sensor, should i switch it to open? Or is it because the water level in the sump is a bit high, As a matter of fact, I think I just answered my own question....

thanks all!!

ATO_H is the secondary sensor. The ATK is designed to stop when the lower sensor is covered, so if the high sensor is covered that means you have an issue, usually that the low sensor has failed and is staying open, but could also be due to the Defer nnn.nn Then ON being set to longer than is needed. If the sensor needs to be cleaned then dropping it in Citric acid for an hour works well (although a dirty sensor generally fails closed not open).

The high sensor should typically always be dry. Was yours under water??

Ok, so for what ever reason, I plugged the #1 and #2 wires in backwards on the FMM, I had number 1 in the number 1 and 2 in the 2, but switched them so now I am using the bottom sensor instead of the top. I think this may actually fix the issue completely
