I have two mature emerald crabs. About 1.5 years old. They started to eat my Zoa's out of no where so I put them in my refugium. My refugium is filled with Ulva, Chaeto, and Sphaeromatidae Isopods. There's also marine pure with copepods. Will they be ok there? (do they eat all that stuff, especially the Ulva?)

Also, anyone have problems with them in the sump? For instance, clogging stuff or tearing things apart?

They can be opportunistic eaters. I would just put them in your sump. I haven't heard of any bad stories with people putting crabs in the sump.

I have a gorilla crab in my sump and Bruce has picked small holes in my socks and media bags.
