So I am new to the marine world. I bought a Red Sea reefer and have followed all my lfs instructions. I’ve had a bicolour angel for a week now. First swimming round all happy grazing on live rock. Today a big red blotch has appeared and I have no idea what it is. Fish has suddenly died. Parameters all fine. Other fish (Clown fish) in the tank seems perfect. And ideas would be awesome.

red blotches could also be symptoms of uronema and/or bacterial infection:

A red sore or blotch could be Uronema. We need a pic of the fish if possible. I’m posting a thread take a look at it and see if it matches what you had. Please let us know
