If it was healthy before this happened, my money is on it living/surviving.
It doesn't look like it got chopped into 100 pcs, so I think it will likely recover.

I've worked over a few nems pretty good trying to scrape them off my rocks before. They can take a lot of abuse, I'll just say that.

hope is not lost with this one.

Looks fine. I had one stuck to a powerhead just like yours and left it in the water until it pulled itself out.

What you just did with removal is what you can do- allow it to work itself out. May take several hours but best chance of recovery. Place a screen or webbing over the powerhead when placed back in tank.

Okay so I just used clippers and broke apart my powerhead to gently slide it out. It seemed to have something maybe oozing out of its foot. So I put it in this feed with a glass over it to keep it from getting ducked back up until I get a cover for my powerheads later today

What do I do for its recovery any medicine or just let it be?

I would let it be.
At this point, it's just an injury, not a sickness, so I would not use any meds.
if it starts going downhill and you suspect bacterial infection or something, then you might want to try an antibiotic like cipro on it, but I don't think you are there yet.

Big part of the answer here is knowing the environment it's in. Is the tank a mature system with stable parameters and good lighting? If the answer to all of those is yes, then survival becomes much easier. If the tank is only a couple months old, has poor lighting and you don't test parameters often then each scenario makes the outcome less optimistic.
