I currently have a 25 liter tank with 2 clownfish. I have a underwater filter and a HOB filter. I got 3 new coral frags this Tuesday and after that, the algae growth became crazy though I was having slight algae issues from before. I ran out of almost everything so I just ordered a bag of salt, test kit, carbon, and some bacteria. I transfered my fish into a plastic tank just incase.
I had another forum where i discussed this and the people there said that it is probably dinos. I did a blackout for just a day and the water became crazy dirty. All the green stuff on the glass was gone but the water clouded up so much I couldn't see anything inside.
What should I do. I literally have no supplies until tmr morning.
My clowns are breathing heavily and are not swimming and is just resting at the bottom of the tank.

Do a good water change, increase oxugen and any blackout should be 3-5 days. Pics under white light will be helpful to refer to what you are describing

Ill take some pics now

A battery operated pump from walmart($10) sporting goods or pet dept comes with an airstone and will help. For salt- NO LFS ? If not local, you can try to locate a local club in area in which members can offer you some and also craigslist- Anyone selling a saltwater setup likely will be willing to part with some salt

I just contacted a friend with a freshwater aquarium to see if I can get a air pump and he agreed.
Also, I just checked and found that the salt will come tonight or tomorrow morning.

Is there anything I can do to keep these clownfish alive while I wait for the supplies?

Appears to be a bloom, likely algae but could be bacterial or both. That water change and addition of carbon or chemipure will be valuable

Ok. Do you think my clowns will last in my makeshift qt tank for 1 day until I can do my water change and add carbon?

as long as ammonia is low, temperature in safe range and well aerated, they should. Quick vcure in the water would assure they do dont get it

If it’s twenty five liters that’s close to 5 gallons. Ik that clowns have a tendency to be in the same spot, but the very low water volume with the addition of two clowns could be causing excess nutrients. If your tank is actually 25 liters and not gallons, I would get a 10 gallon aquarium or 48 ish liters ASAP.

Bacterial bloom in a tiny tank is not good. You need to the water oxygenated. The best way to do so is break the surface of the water. Stir it with a spoon if you have to.

Im oxygenating it withy my friend's air pump. I also threw in a bag of zeolite and carbon from my hob filter. Should I move my corals into my makeshift qt too?

Ok. Ill buy one soon

Oh I missed the moving the fish to a plastic tank. Were they doing ok before you moved them? Is the holding tank you moved them to cycled with heat and aeration?

They were breathing heavily before I moved them. Tank isn't cycled but I put 4/5 current tank water and 1/5 new water.
It has aeration and the room temp is controlled so no need for heating
