EMERGENCY. Is this brown jelly?!?! Or normal algae?

Sorry about the video quality! That weird brown algae is at the base of my trachy as seen on the video. Is it also on some of the base of my acans. Both my acans and trachy are really puffy during the day and very happy usually. They all immediately respond to being fed pellets so I think they are healthy. But then today when looking at their base, I see all of this brown stuff! What is it? Is it brown jelly, or just normal brown algae?

Brown jelly usually appears where there is soft tissue, not on the base of the skeleton. Can't tell much in the video.

Looks like algae, jelly looks like jelly. Do you have a turkey baster to suck some up and take a picture.
