Emergency: leaking aquarium

If you used Waterweld, it cures in about an hour, even when submerged. But it will eventually leak again.

i wouldn't freak out much about it right now, prioritize your health first, don't strain your self after surgery, in a pictures pipes looks like right above sump, let it drip into the sump, completely safe in my opinion, if that's the case water is not leaking out of your tank (technically)
if i where you id wait and do a proper repair when you able.

Thank you all - I have epoxy at the joint and plastic sheeting to direct anything that drops into the sump, so I think I am good
