EMERGENCY!? PLATE CORAL'S GUTS SPILLING OUT!

Hello! My name is Hakim, i'm from Indonesia and i'm 12 years old. So, i think i need immediate help, because the mesenterial filaments of one of my ppate coral is spilling out! Basically it looks like the flesh many holes in the bottom side of the plate coral, causing many bursts of the mesentaerial filaments. The most likely suspect seems to be my substrate, since it's not made of soft sand, instead it is more like shells, pebbles, etc. Though some amphipods, or other things might be to blame too. So here i am, rescaping my tank a little for some new arrivals (coral) and it just so happen that i need to move my plate coral a little bit, but when i picked it up, and checked it's underside, this is what i saw (the photo was a couple minutes later, the filaments were longer when i first picked up the coral)

The plate coral, right now, is relocated to a temporary holding chamber with no substrate, as i fear the rocks might damege the coral more. Here are my questions:
1. What are the chances of it surviving?
2. Should i keep it in the holding chamber?
3. How can i help it heal?
4. Should keep feeding it?
5. How long will it take to heal?

I would put it back where you had it. A lot of times they drop babies from the under side, They are actually quite hardy.

We actually cut one of ours into 9 pieces (8 without a mouth) and they all grew. The 8 that didnt have a mouth each grew one.

I have this one...my clown literally loved it to death. If you ever have a plate that dies, leave the skeleton! They frequently drop babies from the skeleton like this
