Emergency - snowflake clownfish loosing colors

I noticed that my snowflake clownfish started loosing color in head , fins and tail started to be more transparent . The fish appetite is not as below , breathing a bit heavily but swim around in the tank normally . The other clownfish i have in tank is smaller in size and show no sign of any illness

I've seen that coloration change on a few clownfish here - always on the white stripe areas (probably because it shows up well there).

Trouble is, I do not know what it is or how to treat it! It seems to be an internal issue. The rapid breathing may be a symptom of another problem though. How long have you had the fish?

Thanks Jay .
Have it for 5 month now . not sure what it might be , but started treating it in qt tank with metroplex .
Hope someone would be able to identify the disease

To me the fins look 'damaged' and somewhat clamped (the pictures of the fish in the water). The fish also looks a bit thin. I'm not sure Metroplex is the 'right' treatment. Are you giving oral metroplex? or in solution? If you can get it - I might consider Ruby Reef Rally. Did you Qt the fish originally - any other fish in that tank besides the clown?

maybe the picture is not much clear but the fins are turning transparent that is why it look damaged . I tried metroplex in solution till it eats well to try oral . Unfortunately Ruby Reef Rally is not available but I did FW dip over 2 days before metroplex .
For the tank it include multiple other species : tangs , wrasses , foxface

Not an expert….my clown fish had the black dots as well after qt, I thought it was black ich at first…jay and others confirmed it wasn’t
Added them to display and it went away over a month or two?
Just my experience, not advice

normal just the appetite is decreased and getting thinner . Swim normal around in the tank , and doesn't scrub against anything
