The most important thing is to transfer over is your biological filtering/media. That would include rocks, sponges, etc. The water will help but your biggest bacteria holders are going to be the physical materials.

Update. All of my one fish is in the tank all of the coral and anemones are in both aneomones are in. One might be getting too much flow the clown dosnt like it as much all coral are opening except for my NG hammer wall
