There is this wierd white slime stuff growing on my rock, what is this ?

Pic a little fuzzy and flash has whited it out
It’s either from your description bacteria or sponge
Are you able to blow it loose with a turkey baster? Sponge will remain whereas bacteria will break up.
If it breaks up, siphon or net up loose stuff right away
A better/ clearer pic can confirm

A can get a better pic tomr , but yes it blows of easy but i will get rid of it tomr, do i have to treat it its pretty much everywhere

Ok what should i be looking out for?

Nitrates and phosphates would be my guess. Make sure if you blow it loose to remove it from the tank.

Turns out my phosphate is at 2 ppm and nitrate is at 20 ppm gonna do a big water change today
