Emotions or Thankfulness....both..

I just want to interrupt your day for a moment and tell you thank you.

Whether you are brand new to R2R or been here as long as me I just want to say thank you. From setting up my first saltwater tank over 17 years ago to joining the "industry" by kicking off this community I have been beyond blessed by not only meeting so many amazing people all over the world but truly becoming friends and family. As I sit here and think about it today, think about life, think about you, I get emotional.

I just want you to know today that I care about you and love you. How can I love you when I've never even met you? I don't truly know all the answers but I know in my heart that I do. I'm busy. I'm busy as an admin of this community, I'm busy as a Pastor of my church, but when it comes down to it if you need me I'll do my very best to be there/here for you in and outside of this forum.

Don't know what it is about today but I felt like I needed to say it and maybe you needed to hear it. My private messages are always open and if you need a phone call then we can do that too.

Thanks for all you, your staff and of course all of the great members do! It was because of this site, that I made the leap from a just a saltwater tank to starting my first reef.

@revhtree Man, R2R is such an amazing resource and by far the best forums I’ve ever been a part of. And it’s all because you thought to give it a try.

it’s funny, because I’ve recently realized my DT build has been about 25 years in the making. But I can promise you I wouldn’t be diving headfirst into this hobby if it wasn’t for you, your forum, your incredible mods, and the community you all have created.

so thank you man, I’d give you a hug if I could.

when moved to do something it is well to get moving and do it , fewer face plants from resisting then being overcome by the impulse occur. being part of a cooperative community is such a blessing, carry on!

Just wanted to say thank you for bringing the reefing industry together worldwide. This is truly the biggest reefing community in the world and I am glad to be apart of it. It's so very helpful because people who would never even come in contact in real life are able to share information about this hobby! People use this community is many different ways! I use this hobby and community to fund my tuition for school and to help out fellow reefers! Anyway, just wanted to give a big thanks to you and everyone else contributing to this community!
