Emperor Angle Ich?

I have had this Emperor Angle for around 6 months and now it looks to be getting ice I think it’s got huge white spots and little ones all over but the other fish do not have any white spots. Need help figuring out what it is. Thanks and here’s a picture

That spot is pretty large to be ich. Can you get a better pic under white light

Best I can do for now he hides under this rock and can’t get him to come out until he wants to

Has that beautiful fish ever been given a Freshwater dip to check for flukes? I'd do that first. Those marks look very much like the reaction to fluke attachments.

It looks like his fins are not covered in any spots?

The marks on its body are certainly concerning. Is it acting oddly, rubbing against rocks or the substrate? Or facing directly into a powerhead?

could be flukes. +1 on FW dip.

I have put some flukes treatment into the dt because all the fish a couple months ago were breathing heavy but I will try doing a fresh dip. The next problem is that he is at least 8-9 inches and a 5 gallon bucket isn’t going to work

Or facing directly into a powerhead?

Facing into a powerhead can be a symptom of velvet or flukes. Both can be interfering with the fish's ability to transpire O2 in the gills.
