Emperor Aquatic (HO) users I need your help*

So I setup my EA UV smart HO 120w. Threw her together (vertical) no leaks, good seal.. But I'm hearing a little rattle inside. I have to put my ear to the unit to hear but I'm worried the Quartz sleeve doesn't make contact with the sleeve retaining coupling. Or is it supposed to wiggle a little due to the water flow pushing it around? Noise is from bulb inside quartz I think*

If anyone owns a Emperor aquatics High Output UV (HO because they have a different Quartz sleeve retaining coupling) please do me a favor if it's within reach. Place ear to unit and let me know if you hear anything like Quartz moving around a little from flow in return causing the bulb to bounce around in Quartz. Just worried if this is not normal that it could eventually cause the seal to leak.

Hm....while you wait (sorry I can't give a direct answer), do you have a number for Emperor Aquatics? I'd probably try calling them too....apparently part of Lifegard now, so their website is gone.

So I talked to the main tech and he's had a few others with same thing. All had sterilizer vertical. Adjusting flow may help it but it's nothing to worry about. So I guess I'm good. As for noise, I may adjust flow a tad bit and see if it helps with the noise.
