Emperor with spot

My fish has a spot and I am wondering what to do about it. It has been there about 5 days. At first it looked like perhaps a wound from an urchin spine but now I am not sure.

The tail looks kinda small for its size and the spot can be ich bc theres multiple of them

The bigger one looks like a wound that has become infected. Probably treat with some antibiotics. But I feel I see other smaller white spots on him.

The spots are stuff floating in the water because of my dragon goby.

It's tail got injured when it was a baby and grew back like that.

It very well could be an urchin spine. The tip can break off in the wound. If that's the situation, I dont know if there's a way to approach that. Ruby rally reef pro is an antiseptic. If you need to treat him. it is reef safe following directions.

I may go get a 40 breeder and set it up. I have Kanaplex and Sulfaplex here I got for my pleco. I can dump down 40 gallons from the main system every 2 days or so.
I was hoping it would just heal but I dont think it's going to now.

I set up a 20H hospital tank in the fish room and dosed it with Kanaplex on Saturday following the directions.
All better now except for a slight discoloration in that spot.
It's time to return it to the 240. I am hoping the Koran doesn't go to war on it again. I may put it in the 29 gallon fuge for a day or 2 so it smells correct as Lasse would put it. I would have to make a top for it.
My pleco has also healed and I think he will go back in the 55 tomorrow.
