Empty Nuvo 50 Not Resting on APS Stand Corners

Hi all,

I’m upgrading from a nano reef that I kept for almost 10 years to Nuvo 50 gallon, so I’m not experienced with setting up tanks larger than 20 gallons. I just got the new tank and assembled the stand. Everything is level and seemed well until I inspected where the tank is resting on the stand. At each of the corners there is a gap between the foam leveling mat and the top of the stand that I can just fit a piece of paper into. In the picture you can see light shining through this space. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it just due to the tank being empty?

As soon as you fill the tank you should be fine. You can contact Innovative Marine but I suspect they'll tell you the same thing.

its defintely the mat foam. once filled with H2O it will be leveled.
