Empty Red Sea 350 not resting flat on the stand?

I have been assembling a Red Sea 350 over the past few days (been taking my time) and I noticed today after getting the tank up on the stand that the glass is not actually flush on the padding below.

Should I be concerned or will it come to sit flat on it once it is filled with water? I really am worried about a crack if it is not balanced properly you see. Images below.

My guess is the stand is not flat on top. I would be trying to find out why it has a high or low spot. It might flatten out or might get worse depending on whats causing it.

Either the stand will flatten out when weight is out on it, or the tank will try to do the same. If the tank does flatten out then it will fail either immediately or down the road and void the warranty and make a mess.
